Radiating Heart Valentine's Card

Hi everyone, Taheerah here wishing you a happy Thursday - and a Happy Valentine's Day!

Whether you're a soppy romantic or a hardened cynic, it's never a bad thing to show your loved on you appreciate them. I tend to do a celebration on some other day and show my affection on a constant basis... but I still would welcome flowers and chocolates. *wink*

Valentine's Day certainly gave me an excuse to bust out the awesome Lil' Inker Designs Radiating Love Heart die and pair it with the My Favorite Things 100% Lovable stamp set:

I started by diecutting the radiating dies into my card base, then I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment from the 100% Lovable stamp set. Just love this pairing!

After my heat embossing was done, I blended a few Distress Inks and some Delicata Golden Glitz ink over the design to bring out the detail!

I die cut the heart from the centre with the other part of the die set, then adhered it back in place with some dimensional glue gel for just a little lift! Some splatter and my card was done!
