Hedgehog Peekaboo

I have a fun peekaboo card to share today.

I coloured in three hedgehogs from MFT Happy Hedgehogs stamp set with Zig Clean Color Real Brush pens, then used the coordinating dies to cut out the images.

I used the largest die from the MFT single stitched rectangle frame die-namics to cut a frame and rectangle. I’m going to use both on this card. I attached the frame to a white A2 card base. It’s slightly smaller than A2 so fits nicely with a little border around the edge.

The MFT Stitched Triple Peek-a-Boo Windows die-namic is perfect for little critters to peek out. A great alternative to this is the MFT Inside & Out Stitched Rounded Squares, which will create a similar look. I die cut the stitched windows from the rectangle piece of card, and added a gold heat embossed sentiment underneath. I chose some paper from the MFT Itsy Bitsy Polka Dots paper pack to show behind the windows in the card.

Time to add those cute hedgehogs. I tucked them in to the window spaces, using adhesive at the bottom edges and foam tape at the top. The foam tape gives them a little dimension so they pop up from the card.

Thanks for joining me today.
