My Favorite Things Fancy Flowers and friendship
Hi everyone, it's Esther here. After the trauma of trying to find or make an envelope to fit last week's very long card, I returned to a plain ol' rectangle this time!
I started with a panel of card stock and cut it to size. I then inked a corner with water-based dye ink and splattered that heavily with water to bleach it for a patterned effect.
Next I stamped three flowers and stems from My Favorite Things Fancy Flowers, and coloured them with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens.
I stamped a sentiment from My Favorite Things Snuggle Bunnies, and then die cut a stitched frame using Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangle Frames. I popped this up on a matching frame of foam tape.
After that, it was quick and easy to assemble the various parts on to a top folding card base. It was even easier to find a suitably sized envelope!
That's it from me - see you next week!

"Kraft", white and gold glitter birthday card
Hi everyone, Esther here with a card inspired by so many of the beautiful Kraft, white and gold creations seen on Pinterest over the last couple of years.
I decided to use a smoother, slightly more sandy colour of card stock, and started by heat embossing a large floral from My Favorite Things Fancy Flowers in white over the panel. I then die cut the panel to size using the stitched rectangle from My Favorite Things Blueprints 29 and mounted it on a top folding card base.
Next up was a sentiment, and I used Altenew Happy Die in white and gold glitter for the main part, and "birthday" from the matching set Altenew Halftone Happy. Once these were popped onto the panel, the card was finished.
Super simple, but I love the warm look of these colours together!
Thanks very much for visiting - have a great week and I'll see you next Wednesday.

Hugs and Kisses
Hey stampers, Anni here!
Today's card is featuring the beautiful set called Fancy Flowers by My Favorite Things. I love this set so much especially because of the artsy look of the flowers.
For this card I did a lot of masking, colouring and fussy cutting - all the things that I love about making a card.
At first I stamped all the big flowers on a piece of white paper and stamped them a second time on full adhesive post it notes.I masked of the big flowers and filled the gapes with the smaller flowers and the leaves.
I chose four colours for my flowers. I didn' t use them in equal amount but decided to go for the peachy color and purple as my main colours and added just a little amount of pink and lilac.
After finishing the colouring I fussy cut the upper edge of my flowers and adhered it with dimeansional adhesive to my cardbase.
For the sentiment I went with Hugs & Kisses from the My Favorite Things' set Lots of Hugs. I embossed it in white on dark grey cardstock.
With some dots of silver Stickles I finished up my card.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend.

Kindness card using My Favorite Things Fancy Flowers
This is such a lovely set to work with as it has a surprisingly elegant and tranquil feel, despite the funky doodling on the flowers and leaves!
I went for a mostly monochromatic palette as I wanted the single yellow flower to really stand out against everything else - like an act of kindness stands out in an ordinary day :)
I then cut 5 layers of the tri-window frame (does that name make anyone else think of the Triwizard Tournament in Harry Potter?!) from My Favorite Things Blueprints 29, adhered these onto the background, and splattered liberally over the entire background with green and black specks.
Using the My Favorite Things Fancy Flowers set, I stamped, coloured with alcohol markers and die cut with the matching Dienamics three flowers and four leaves, and arranged these against the frame until I was happy with the layout and could stick them down with wet glue.
Finally, I used my favourite sentiment from the Neat and Tangled Calathea set, masking and stamping to get it into a straight line instead of a block. You could also cut it apart to achieve this. I cut round the sentiment using the longest sentiment strip die from My Favorite Things Blueprints 29 and splattered over it with green and black so it matched the background before sticking it down over the frames.
Have a great week and thanks for stopping by :)
