Newton dreams of London

Hello.
I've been getting Newton inky for today's card,
I have used the Newton dreams of London stamp set from Newtons Nook.

I got my copics out to colour Newton and the other images.
Once all coloured I fussy cut the images.
My card is just one layer and to make the background I used post it notes as a mask and distress inks to make a union jack.
I didn't do it precisely as I wanted it not perfect and a bit rough around the edges.
The sentiment is stamped directly onto the card base.
The images were all adhered to the card and I finished with some clear sequins.

Newton dreams of London

Hello.
Today's card is for the cat lovers.
I have inked up Newtons Nooks fun new set, Newton dreams of london.

I wanted a soft look to my cards  so I added some colour to my card base using distress ink.
All of the images were stamped on water colour card and coloured with Inktense pencils and a water brush.
I have kept quite clean and simple and just added some little extras with stickles and perfect pearls.

Again I have gone with almost the same style but made the background look more like splashes.
Hopefully it wont rain where you are today.

A 'Knight' Bus

Hi there and happy Thursday!

Today I have a really fun card to share ... especially if you like Harry Potter.

Yep, I made the Knight Bus!

To make the Knight Bus I used the bus image from 'Newton Dreams Of London', I didn't stamp the top/roof the first time around. So I could ink up just the top 'desker' of the bus and stamp this on top to make the double decker a triple decker.

For the ''London'' background I used Altenew 'Sketchy Cities America', I know it's not London but I thought with the 'London Eye' and not using the Space Needle it was good for the look I was going for. I then finished off with a sentiment from 'Be A Unicorn' but you could use any 'magical' sentiment.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
