Abstract Florals

This week I have two cards to share with you, both featuring an abstract floral pattern.

I created the pattern using two stamps from the MFT Fall Florals set. I first stamped the stems in black ink, then added the flowers in rainbow colours.

I kept a lot of white space on the card but wanted a bold sentiment too. From black card, I die cut words from the MFT Brushstroke Birthday Greetings (these are available as stamps too).

On the second card, I used one of the MFT Scalloped Edge border dies and the Happy word die from the same set as before, to create a different look.

Thanks for joining me today.

  1. These are gorgeous, so clean and crisp. I've got my eye on those scalloped edges now... stop enabling me!! Lovely choice of stamps from Fall Florals too. The colours really add to the warm autumn feel. Awesome cards as always Gemma!
